What "no KYC" means here

"Know your customer" checks ask you to prove who you are with an ID document or a bank card. We do not do that. To order, you give us an email address so we can send your login details, receipts and reminders. You can also sign in with Google if you prefer.

No KYC does not mean no rules. Every server is covered by our Acceptable Use Policy: spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, carding and illegal content are not allowed, and we act on abuse reports.

What we keep

Your email address, your orders and payments, your support messages and the IP addresses used to sign in to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, why, and for how long.

Prices

Monthly price on a 1-month term, in Germany. Other locations add a small monthly extra. Longer terms are 3% to 10% off the server price. The exact total is shown on the order form before you pay.

Questions

Do I need a phone number?

No. We only ask for an email address.

Can I use a private email service?

Yes, any email address that can receive our emails works. Use one you will keep, because your login details and renewal reminders go there.

What can I run on the server?

Anything legal that our Acceptable Use Policy allows: websites, SEO tools, bots on your own accounts, scrapers for public data, automation, development and more.
