GPU Server Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply to GPU servers ordered from our GPU Servers page. They come on top of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Where they differ for a GPU server, these GPU Server Terms apply. Questions: support@hostingbaba.net.
1. What you get
A GPU server with the GPU model, GPU memory, processor, memory, storage, and the monthly transfer or port speed shown on its plan, in the location you chose, running one of the Linux systems offered for that plan, with full root access. The GPUs and GPU memory listed are reserved for your server. Windows is not available on GPU servers. GPU servers are provided through our GPU partners, separate companies from the one that runs our other servers.
2. Ordering and setup
Every GPU server is set up by hand by our team. We set it up within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed and email you the IP address, the username and the password. Stock is shown per location and can change between your order and its setup. If the location you chose is no longer available, we offer you another location with the same plan, or a full refund.
If we cannot set your GPU server up within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, you get a full refund, as our Refund Policy says.
3. Price and billing
GPU servers are sold by the month, paid in advance in US dollars, in cryptocurrency or from your account balance. Longer terms and term discounts are not offered on GPU servers. Nothing renews automatically: renew from your dashboard before the end date to keep the server. A renewal is charged at the price shown when you renew. The server keeps running, and is billed to us, until it is deleted, so it cannot be paused to save money.
4. End of the paid month
Renewal is open until 2 days before the end date. A GPU server that is not renewed keeps running to the end of the time you paid for, then it is permanently deleted with everything on it. We do not keep copies or backups, so copy anything you need before the end date.
5. How you may use a GPU server
You may use a GPU server for lawful work such as running and training AI models, inference, image and video generation, rendering and transcoding. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies in full. In addition, on a GPU server you must not:
- mine cryptocurrency or run any blockchain hashing, on the GPUs or the processor;
- scan, probe or test the security of any system or network you do not own or have written permission to test;
- attack or overload any system, or send unsolicited bulk email or messages;
- run large-scale web scraping, or crawl or monitor other systems in a way that disrupts them;
- run high-frequency or high-computation trading;
- resell, rent out or give paid access to the server or its GPUs without our written permission;
- break export control or sanctions laws, including by using the server from, or for someone in, a country listed in section 1 of our Terms of Service;
- store or process anything illegal, including malware and any content that sexually exploits children.
6. NVIDIA software
NVIDIA GPU drivers and software on your server are licensed by NVIDIA Corporation under its own licence terms (the NVIDIA Cloud End User License Agreement). By installing or using them you accept those terms. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer NVIDIA software except as its licence allows.
7. Transfer
Each plan shows either a monthly transfer allowance or unmetered traffic at a port speed. An allowance is counted on traffic leaving your server; if you use more, we tell you first, and then either charge the extra at our cost or slow your server's network until the next month. Unmetered traffic is under fair use at the port speed shown. Traffic into your server is not counted.
8. Support and management
Your GPU server is unmanaged: you install, secure and update your own software, and keep your own backups. Your dashboard shows your login details and lets you renew. Restarts, reinstalls and password resets are done by our team: open a ticket and tell us what you need.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or delete a GPU server, straight away and without a refund, for breaking these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or where our GPU partner or the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you first. In every case we tell you the reason.
10. Refunds
Our Refund Policy applies to GPU servers: a full refund if your server is not set up within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, or if it does not work and we cannot fix it within 24 hours of you telling us. There are no refunds for a change of mind or for unused time otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders and renewals made after the update. A change never takes away a refund, price or right promised for a purchase you have already made.
